The short answer is no. In this video I talk more about why. Sincerity is not enough. A person's faith is only as good as the object in which its placed. Moreover, thinking is very important in the Christian life. Paul makes that abundantly clear: “Brothers and sisters, stop thinking like children. In regard to evil be infants, but in your thinking be adults” (1 Cor. 14:20).

I think that you may be misinterpreting the argument. I'm an agnostic with no definitive belief for or against (technically making me agnostic atheist, but I dislike the use of the term). Faith does mean a belief in or a devotion to and I'll assume your definition of biblical faith is correct. Where I think the misunderstanding comes in is what arguments against are saying is "blind." In today's world, the only real proof for the existence of the Christian God is the Bible. We have no repeatable experiment to produce proof for a higher being. The Bible was written throughout first century AD and there is no outside way to prove it is the authentic word of God. To those that use the scientific method for establishing fact, this causes the doubt. If God were to present proof for himself in accepted reality (being personally moved by God can be delusion or suggestive thinking)then all could have faith without a doubt.
